neighborhood a buyer is looking for and to guide them to the areas where these
needs will best be met.
He also enjoys all aspects of the real estate; helping the 1st time home buyer through an anxious but rewarding process, walking the boundaries of a 50 acre farm that a buyer has dreamed of retiring to or working with a seller to develop a plan of action to get their home prepared, priced and marketed for a quick sale.
Over the years, Jason has listed and sold property throughout North Central West Virginia and he enjoys the challenges each property, no matter what price or location, brings to the table. The greatest reward this profession offers is to go to the closing table and shake the hand of a smiling and satisfied client or customer.
